Lucerne Cardiovascular Course 2021

This specific course is intended to cover the therapeutic approach and the whole range of surgical techniques in type A aortic dissection. The course enables training on life-like models with pulsatile flow (21 CME Credits).
Due to the Covid-19 situation, in accordance with government regulations and despite our planned protection measures, our responsibility for the safety of You as participants and our staff forces us to postpone the courses a 2nd time. Depending on the easing of restrictions by the government we will inform You by April 23rd the latest about the new date and an eventual change in location. We aim to offer the courses before coming July 2021.

Acute type A aortic dissection is a devastating pathology and its treatment is challenging for both the patient and the surgeon.
This cardiovascular course aims at improving comprehensive knowledge on acute type A dissection.
This specific course is intended to cover the therapeutic approach and the whole range of surgical techniques in type A aortic dissection. The course enables training on life-like models with pulsatile flow.
This unique course is designated for advanced cardiac surgery trainees and young consultants.
Lucerne Workshops provide excellent hands-on experience on unique pulsatile realistic models.
